Fix for #1799518: Missing modules showing as disabled instead of missing.
Initial release.
Enabling the module will override the fieldset theme on the module administration page, displaying any 'Suggested modules' info below a module if the module provides that data in it's .info file. See the project homepage screenshots for an example.
