Add-on styles

Merlin and I talked about this awhile back and I finally had the time to turn towards a module that would add some add-on graphical styles. So I have now created a module called Panels Beautified.
I more just wanted to give a heads up about the module.

There are only 4 styles as of now but more to come very soon. Its a fairly simple module that just adds the listed styles to panels.
