> Format of the clock. IMPORTANT NOTE: if you do not select "Multiple values", you can enter only one day.

But the multiple values widget offers me only 14 and no other options!

Indeed, 'Multiple values' should be read as 'Two intervals per day'.
If your sites only have one interval (for instance from 9-19), deselecting the option will prevent user errors.
If you need more then 2 intervals per day, check out #1710258: More than 2 Time Blocks Per Day: upgrade to 21, 28... hours per week

But I can't see a 'Two intervals per day' option either.

And if that text is wrong also, then this is still a bug report, surely?

If you enable 'Multiple values', the widget (when editing a node) should show 2 lines per day, as in the attached image.
If you disable that box, you should only see 1 line per day.

This is not your case? Did you refresh (theme) caches?

Title: confusing/inaccurate 'if you do not select "Multiple values", you can enter only one day.' » In Field Settings, align 'if you do not select "Multiple values", you can ...' vs 'Display the "Add more hours" link'

Oh, perhaps you have missed this toggle 'Display the "Add more hours" link (Make it possible to use 2 hour block for each day instead of one. ) '

The texts are not aligned....

This should be clear to most users.
