Hi,
I am looking to hire a drupal fluent programmer for a one off job.

Objective: To fix my installation of drupal's video module and integrate flowplayer to work with it.

Problem: I have installed the video module (http://drupal.org/project/video) on my site, it worked fine out of the box but stopped working when the auto convert feature was enabled. I need this feature to work but cant get ti to convert video files correctly. The cron task has been set up but alas - no luck. The auto thumb nailing will also need looking into as i does not work either.
We need someone to correctly install and configure this module for our site.

Secondly, the flowplayer contribution which should handle playback does not work, this needs to be installed and configured to work with the video module.

I need someone who has experience with this module to enable its functionality and install anything else which is needed.
