add instructions for turning email off to default messages

We should add some text to the bottom of the default email messages letting folks know how to turn off email notifications. Perhaps:

This message was sent to you because you have user relationships email notifications turned on. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can turn them at http://www.example.com/user/$uid/edit.
