Bad mode set on several files.

Issue Summary

The following files have all acquired an executable bit. They should undoubtedly have mode 644 rather than 755.

panels_ipe/images/icon-close.png
panels_ipe/images/icon-configure.png
panels_ipe/images/icon-save.png
plugins/styles/naked.inc

git seemed confused about the image files, and wouldn't generate a diff for them, so I added those by hand. The patch works for me.
