this msg appears when i want to upload my logo to the theme please help me !

warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 32165 is not allowed to access /tmp/tmp_zPGpeB owned by uid 99 in /home/aiesec/public_html/drupal/includes/file.inc on line 240.

You have already posted this question 3 times in 3 different threads, and all 3 were answered by different people.

From this error message, it seem that you didn't try the suggestions of the first answer. That's ok.

The only answer left (the 4th) is: Ask you host to disable "safe mode", otherwise you can't upload files.
