Reproduce issue by choosing the Remove the .menu-wrapper class on the <ul class="menu-wrapper" > menustuff </ul>,
under theme settings => CLASSES & MARKUP => MENUS.

the role of the mothership is to make as small markup as possible - so it wont support all modules.
