I've used iTheme on a wordpress installation - its a very nice theme. The drupal version looses some functionality (dragging and dropping the sidebar widgets, etc). But thats fine. One thing I do miss is the calendar icons containing the at the start of every post. I'm sure there is a solution in either the css or similar, but I can't work out what it might be. Anyone out there got a fix in-hand?
