I have one problem now: the link in the e-mail information about flagged comment is bad - it has doubled the subcatalog (wybory), in which the sub-site is located. It looks like that:

http://mysite.net/wybory/wybory/admin/content/flag_content

Links in User and Item ara doubled either.

I have checked in the configuration options, but couldn't find a solution.

Could you help?

when the site is in the main domain, the link looks like hat:

http://mysite.net/http://mysite.net/node/8589#comment-190473

The 1st and 3rd links in the e-mail are perfect:

http://mysite.net/user/92

http://mysite.net/admin/content/flag_content

So there is only one link that's broken
