Hi,

I am updating my site from 4.6.x to 5.2.1. Or 5.1.2. Anyway...

On my old site, I used to display a box on the left side of the menu that appeared on all pages. Now, however, the box to enter the email doesn't show up anymore. Anyone know why?

Also, I'm thinking now of putting a link that appears on all pages to go to a specific registration page. What would be the best approach to do this?
