Location Integration

While investigating the idea of making Mysite page a node, we decided that a near term solution would be to investigate integration of location information via a separate module, similar to profile integration. Location integration posses particular challenges, so feasibility is still a subject for discussion. In fact, when I look at view and gmap integration, which are the downstream usages of location, I'm given pause. Here are some initial thoughts for requirements, subject to change of course.

Suggested Requirements
- Integrate Location data into MySite, including the fields location name, street, additional, city, state/province, postal code, country, latitude, longitude.
- Preserve user privacy: Use must must be elect to provide location information outside their personal registration information.
- View Integration: exposing location fields and location filters.
- Gmap Integration: Expose MySite location information for use by Gmap.
- Source Location Information form another node. Example nodeprofile or ???

Use Case Example
- Location Information, including lat/lon is assigned to NodeProfile
- Webmaster elects to expose NodeProfile location information to MySite pages
- Webmaster creates a Droplet, that contains a Gmap showing the location of the MySite page.
- Webmaster creates a view that contains a view table with the location fields of multiple MySite pages.
