Using 2.x-dev with jquery 1.7 (bundles) the "split summary ar cursor" button does not work. The summary textarea remains disabled and is not submitted, among other issues. This patch fixes it.

Fixed to work with drush make.

And forgot to replace the windows paths. Sorry about that. This one works.

Issue summary: View changes

In Drupal 7 also. Disabling JQuery Update restores the split summary at cursor.

UPDATE: Setting JQuery to 1.8 in JQuery Update configuration works too.
