Currently, neither the computed field's label or current value (if any) display on the node edit page. This would seem to make lots of sense most of the time, since the user doesn't edit it.
But there are times when it would be useful to have it show _something_... either the current value, or at least the label, to indicate that the field exists.
For instance, I have a birthdate field, and use computed fields to determine a person's age, general age group, and zodiac sign. I also have nodeprofile_privacy installed, which allows the user to set some fields as private. I want them to be able to choose whether to allow the computed fields (in this case, Zodiac, age, etc) to be public. But there's no place on the node editing form for the nodeprivacy field to appear for computed fields, so it is not obvious what they're making private.
Also, there are simply times when it would be helpful to let the user know that there are fields that are calculated based on other information they've entered, or simply as reference on the node editing form, even though they can't edit the field.
