Hi,

I recently decided to move all my contributed modules from the root modules folder to the sites/all/modules (where it should have been in the first place, I know). The move went very well, but for the smileys in ckeditor which are still pointing to the previous directory modules/ckeditor/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/regular_smile.gif

Do I have to go and manually edit all these entries?

Did you mean that path to smiley images in existing nodes are reference to 'old' path ?
This is how it should works. You have to change these path manually. If I misunderstood something, please reopen this issue.
