Unable to fetch any information on available new releases and updates.

I can't even open update status in logs, every cron failed. it just waiting and than it says:

* user warning: Lost connection to MySQL server during query query: SELECT dst FROM url_alias WHERE src = 'admin/logs/updates' in /usr/local/pem/vhosts/134132/webspace/httpdocs/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172.

* Unable to fetch any information on available new releases and updates.

I tried downgrade, upgrade, nothing helped. what can be wrong? or better how can I fix it?
Do I have to manualy delete something and reinstall?
