Hi,

I've got an issue that occurs both in the 1.4 version and dev. When creating a webform I add fields etc as per usual. When submitting all that appears on the published page is the header, no form code is added at all.

I have wondered if its a module conflict as I have used this module successfully on another recent site.

Modules I suspect are the Premium module and perhaps the Paging module.

However I need to have these modules to build the site to our brief.

Has anyone any idea or insight into this issue?
