Description
Any news about this project? I was just about to start a back port of D6's javascript aggregation, with additional gzip output compression (as per Julien Lecomte's blog entry, because we've encountered massive performance problems on a site that uses large amounts of javascript. Since you are (partially) intending to do a similar thing, I'm wondering how far you've gotten.
Cheers,
Stefan

gzip output compression is best handled on an apache (or webserver) level. The module will be released soon. It's already working fairly well, but still has some minor glitches.
