Views custom submodule. Search terms filter.

I'm working in a Search term filter functionality for views to extend it.

I want to create a custom submodule for Views module. I edited and created file paths in views.info file. I created:
my_module.views.inc
my_module.views_default.inc
views/modules/my_module/ handler and pluguin .inc files

I've uninstalled the module and reinstall it. I cleared the cache. I forget something? Thank you!
