No frontpage before welcome

Hello My name is Alex and I require some assistants with my website. If you go dragonx.net my website you shall notice their is a welcome message and up top their is no front page created Welcome should be UP and NO FRONT PAGE CREATED should be down. When I make new articles, pages this happens this is very buggy and only just started happening to me... Does anyone have any ideas on how I can solve this?

are your nodes actually promoted to the front page? ie: edit a node, scroll down to publishing options and inspect the promote to front page setting.

Highlighted region

Looking at your site using Firebug it seems that your content 'No front page content has been created yet.' is inside 'region-highlighted', which comes before the page title 'Welcome to DragonX', so I think you need to place content outside of the highlighted region, so the Welcome title comes first before any content. Check your theme's and Blocks configuration settings. Hope this helps.
