I wanted to know whether there is any such limit to the number of users for accessing a blog or any number of users can access the bog at a time.

Limit pretty much set by your web hosting
Drupal it's self does not limit how many users can access a blog at a time though your choice of web hosting will limit the amount of traffic your site can handle.
