First of all, this theme is fantastic. Finally, an easy way to get Susy into a Drupal theme with other good stuff to keep designing at the front end. Thank you for all your hard work.

I am just not sure about one thing, and that is the difference between the folders for Design and Style Guide.
Any tips, or examples on how to best utilize the structure?

The difference between the two is essentially the difference between what gets styled as part of the Style Guide module and what doesn't. Two good examples of the difference are Jina Bolton's Style Guide Driven UI Design with Sass and what goes into Starbuck's Style Guide as compared to the design of their final site.

I will update the docs with these examples.
