I installed Durpal 7.15 correctlly. Then I want to translate the language to another language. So I enable the module "Local". While, When I enabled this, and I go to:
http://localhost/drupal/?q=admin/config
then go to:http://localhost/drupal/?q=admin/config/regional/language and http://localhost/drupal/?q=admin/config/regional/translate
I just can't open this two pages.
The error message is "101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET)…………"
