I would like if i could usw Xmpp without the "Profile"-Module. Would that be possible??

The module has to know the JID of everyone. In order to do this, it uses a profile field set by the administrator. This makes it very easy to add a profile field, name it "Jabber ID" and then set that as your handler for the XMPP IDs.
