I get watchdog errors logged for:
user error: Duplicate entry 'relatedlinks::embedded' for key 1 q

When previewing an article with relatedlinks enabled.

I also get similar errors:
user error: Duplicate entry 'relatedlinks:43:embedded' for key 1

When hitting some urls that are mappings. It appears that url aliases are causing this, and 404 page too.

Thanks for the tip. We have a new version of relatedlinks.module in progress that plays nicely with other link-related modules. But we will take your bug report into consideration.

If you don't want to see the errors printed on the page, you can configure error reporting via the "administer" -> "settings" page.
