[#1234-XXX] filter does not work for 3 digit comment numbers

"Project issue numbers (ex. #12345: How do I log in as admin?) turn into links automatically."
but does not work for comments larger than 99

"References to project issues in the form of #1234: "Mark all as read" in forums. (or #1234: "Mark all as read" in forums. for comments) turn into links automatically, with the title of the issue appended."

For example: #1188388-104: Entity translation UI in core (comment 104) just links to the issue and not to the comment when using the [ # 999999 - 999 ] pattern

I'm not sure if this is the right issue queue. I was looking for the old issue when issue numbers rolled over from #999999 to #1000000 but I couldn't find it to link to.
