Add Point size to data points (patch included)

This patch adds a field to the options for displaying a chart that lets you give the data point a size. Google's API defaults to 0 and in instances where you have a line-graph that only has 1 set of points the points effectively are invisible. This also makes it easier to find the point son line based graphs to hover over for more information
