How to export webform results as csv on users demand

hi,

i have made a custom webform for people to apply for a service.

The client would like to have people who applied trough webform (the info is stored in the results) to be exported or accessed by
a biling / internal database of customers.

The client would like a csv file to be generated somewhere on the server or something similar and would like to have only the results which havent been already exported, only new one.

Webform module offers that options but it's not automatic, a user has to log in and download the csv file and the import it into custom DB.

is there a ways to do this with some other module or a cron job?
