I'd like to be able to have my other wishlists (e.g. amazon, http://thinkgeek.com/ etc) imported and updated regularly via rss - if possible.

I don't know that there is any standard way to convey wishlist data via RSS, which makes this a challenging and very much per-site-custom problem to solve.
What I do on my own wishlist is include a single item that says "Also see my amazon.com wishlist".
I'm going to say no to this one.
