I did on mine, but I think the way relationships are worded should be handled better. Instead of "this user believes they are a (relationship) of yours" - which is not always grammatically correct. It also doesn't even state right relationship - when there is another one that is implied. So me adding user - Jon as a employee doesn't mean I believe that I am an employee of his.
It should say something like "this user wishes to have you as their (relationship_name). This goes for the other places where you display notices. e.g:

"You have requested to have this user as your %relationship_name" instead of what is displayed now.
