Using the module seem to break out SEOPOSITION theme completely. Entering a vocabulary makes the menu shift left and the taxonomy manager to dissapear. When we entered one vocabulary, we saw the appeance of taxonomy manager, but the menu shifted left and the taxonomy.manager dissapeared. How can we resolve this critical issue?

Hi!
I've not tested the seoposition theme (I'll do this probably later). But for the moment, you can change the theme for administration sites (e.g. to garland) and the taxonomy manager will work. (administer >> site configuration >> administration theme)
