Basically, add vid columns to the recipe/recipe_node_ingredients tables. This would allow for tracking 'diffs' of recipe information between one edit of a recipe and another.

This should be a start. Minimal testing with MySQL done. I started with a fresh database so databases with additional content may need additional updates to add the vid for existing recipes.
