We need to recruit a team of contributors to create and maintain simpletests to be run for Drupal 7 before Head is openned up.

Kevin Bridges is the new head maintainer for SimpleTest. Which means he's going to work on fixing simpletests that break due to changes in head. He's not going to fix all the simple tests but trying to lead awareness and effort to get simpletests working on head when they do break due to head changes.
