The D6 version adds images to the same OG groups as the gallery. I commented this functionality out as I ported the module. It needs to be re-written for D7 OG.

I've added an option to the Relationship Type Settings page for syncing OG groups from gallery to items. It's on by default, assuming you have OG installed. Designed for OG 7.2.
