Donation autmatically in donations list?

Hi,
is there a way so that when someone donate by PayPal, his donation appears automatically in the donation lists? Cause now its so that i have to add the donors manually, am i right?

If you follow my set up instructions (under the set up issue) It will automatically update. however, if someone just uses the send money function inside paypal itself, then you will have to download your paypal account history and upload it via your donate page under settings, or input it manually.

I have been trying to debug this problem for a couple hours today.
Seems the ipn is never called from paypal.
This would prevent any record getting saved on our drupal install db.
The paypal process works just fine, but we don't get the ipn call as expected.
Any tips on what to test would be appreciated.

Problem solved.
We have http auth configured on our server.
This prevents Paypal from hitting the ipn function.

Once corrected, the donations are displaying automatically.
