I have configured my User type to noindex. The user view (user/xxx) tab has noindex added, but all other user tabs (user/*/contact) seems not. I'm also not able to configure other user tabs to noindex via Add a meta tag default.

Otherwise it may be usefull to be able to configure this settings per tab.

The "add a meta tag default" has nothing to do with user tabs, it's for handling entity bundles - see #1491562: Improve UX around customizing meta tags per entity bundle (content types, vocabularies, etc). What you need is something to customize the meta tags per path, my current preference is to use Context: #1187710: Integrate with Context.
