According to this article at drupalcommerce.org I should report the right address format for my country.

Below are the right fields:
First Name* Last Name *
Address Line 1 *
Address Line 2
City * Area*

The only difference is that "State" field should be changed to Area.

Can you provide a source for "Province should be called Area"?
Google's dataset (for Android/Chrome) calls it Province, and Wikipedia says it's Governorate https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Governorates_of_Egypt
