Change default Input format

I wanna change the default Input format when adding a content.

There are 3 types:
- Filtered HTML
- PHP code
- full HTML

Default is filtered, but I wanna be default full HTML. How can I do that ?

As admin, go to Administer > Site configuration > Input formats, and choose desired Default input format.

Hmm, is not a bad ideea.
But I want that to depeneds on users Roles. It is possible ?

Apparently the ui and API for removing the default (fallback) input filter had been removed in D7.

See The commit that changed it, and the comments in filter_default_format.
