Campaign monitor
Select a list being used by Drupal.
Add a custom field {label: Date of Birth, type: Date}.

Drupal
Refresh the campaign monitor cache.
Navigate to the list and check the custom field (Date of Birth).
View the subscribe form. The Date of Birth field is not shown.

Following the steps above, except with a field type of Text, displays the field as expected.

I have added support for the custom date field type in the development branch and it will be part of the next release.

It looks like the additional fields that we can add on Campaign Monitor (in my case the location) are still not appearing on the user registration form.

Using latest dev version.
