Following patch for plugins/format/address.inc will lower memory requirements when listing hundreds of address fields with views.

Patch marked beta 2 but present also in beta3 :)

Committed, but I moved the static array definitions to be inline with their if statements and used semantic variable names so it's very clear what we're doing.
