After setting the administration theme to Shiny, I have blocks appearing inside the admin theme that should not be there. They are set with Context.

Example, site wide blocks set with a Context, some are appearing in the admin above the footer, even though the Context is set with a path condition of ~admin*. Switching back to Seven, the blocks go away in the admin.

Once you change the theme, block settings usually go back to their defaults.
So you need to assign them to regions again.
