Improve password strength indicator accessibility

In my opinion, password strength indicator needs two important accessibility improvements (I think these are bugs to fix):

• First, it must be placed after the "password" field, not before;
• and, its value should be shown after the "password strength" label, not before

I don't know if this issue happens also for sighted people, since I am using a screen reader (I am a blind user)...

Would it be possible to fix this issue?
