Your response will help shape the future of the Drupal business ecosystem.Looking over the documentation hosted at various locations, it seems a WYSIWYG editor comes pre-configured with OpenPublic. However, I check the WYSIWYG profiles, and none are installed by default. I try to install the CKeditor (both for and not-for Drupal versions), but it never seems to load. Also, the Text Format form isn't even loading, even though the widget is set for filtered text.
Any ideas?

smhanes commentedIn a test site, I started playing around with all the stuff I did on the site mentioned in the first post.
I managed to isolate the issue to the Ideation App. As soon as I enable that app, the Text Format link disappears from content creation pages. Also, even if I assign a WYSIWYG profile to plain text, it fails to load CKEditor.
This should be reproducible on a base install and enabling Ideation. Nothing else needs be done, installed, configured.

alpay beler commentedI am having the same issue. I am on beta 16, installed ckeditor, configured it but cannot get the editortool bar to display, having spent the best part of the day. Ideation app blocks the text format link as mention by @smhanes.
Help would be really appreciated.

colinlee commentedI am having the identical issue. Running beta 16 almost out of the box. Installed only the Ideation app, no default content. Text format selection does not appear when editing content even for administrators. Disabling the Ideation app allows us to edit HTML in our content again.
