Bookmarks only show up with URL alias material

I am having the problem of the links of filed bookmarks taking users to the home page rather than the bookmarked page, except in those cases where the pages is operating under a URL alias (I am also using clean urls). Has this been reported before? It seems like a basic issue. Should I be doing something different? Thanks.

I thought the problem had been fixed. Can you please give an example of an url? Can you check in the database what is in the column "path" of the table click2bookmark?

For example, the url
http://www.thepoetryworkshop.com/node/20
when bookmarked just defaults to the main home page.
I am not adept with checking databases for info, but when I have time to figure it out, I'll let you know what is in there. The problem definitely continues for me.
