Remove configure link from .info [#1812114]

Thanks for this module, Tim! I've used it on a couple sites and it's very helpful.

#1252262: Provide a Field Collection Table widget removed the global configuration form, but there is still a configure link defined in the .info file. Patch against 7.x-1.x-dev attached.
