Hello I'm new to drupal , would appreciated if you can guide me though the issue below as I'm unable to use / change any feature on my site .

While running update on my site, i was given option to update few recommend modules from one of them was VotingAPI so I installed the recommenced module and did run the update again but i got couple of errors after the update, kindly refer to the image attached for VotingAPI error and few of the other issues i 'm facing since then are mentioned below

when I try to open module on my site it gives an error : 500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

and I get the same error while running update for my site.

It seems that the upgrade is incomplete. Could you run the update.php again to look if anything is left over to do?

From which version did you upgrade?
