OTOH, I could see this really making Commons take off in the "disaster recovery intranet" space. :D

Guys, can someone please do this. I try to wrap my head around why some old nodes get high radioactivity values and some other new ones don't.

Over a year ago you sad "We need to document this". Please do!

- What actions result in increasing/decreasing radioactivity?
- How can this be tuned?
- How can we add our own factors?
