Need Web developer for an Indigenous Healer Review website. Looking for quote :)

So in brief this is what we are looking for. We want to develop a website that allows users to come and post their stories and experiences they had with a particular shaman. The goal is to provide a centralized place for their to be a community reviewing and recommending different healers around the globe. The site will focus initially on the ayahuasca shamans of south amaerica but will be open for any locality and style of medicine.

This is not just a quack watch, but is intended to be a community where people can go to find a healer that is recommended and vetted. It would be good to have many of the same options that made facebook successful as a social networking aite available to the users. Community development will be super important :)

We invision 3 users, the admin, The Healer, and the Patient.
Admin

• should be able to facillitate the following account needs of the shaman and patient and be able to moderate effectively

Shaman

• Can create a profile page that will have a section with all the stories that have been associated with them
• Have a section where they can communicate their own stories and teachings
• can post in the forum
• can host media, video, audio
• integrate with facebook so its easy for them to market their profile and get their patients to share stories
• profile should display their ratings in an amazon.com style of way, also should be structured similar to facebook
• they should be able to friend patients and have a special category of treated patients where they can add and approve people to that group

Patient

• can post their stories that have a Name, Location, Style of medicine and other values associated with the story to help organize the information and help other users search through the different values, for example Location, they could choose peru when searching and any story that had been selected for peru as the locaiton will come up
• Can add their story to a shamans profile, must be approved by administrator
• can post in the forum
• can post in the general comment section of other peoples stories
• should have a profile, similar to face book and should have the ability to add friends both shamn and patient alike, people should be able to organize their friends into groups (like if they go on a trip to india and a trip to peru each of the different friends could be grouped accordingly, or different healing sessions

So the requirements are fairly simple, what i need is the structure of the website designed and the modules installed that will allow the site to provide these services.
