Hey there, wondering if Drupal would work for my project.
I'm building a website for a medium-sized record label. There are about 20 bands on the label and each one would be able to post band news. This news would then all be collected and run in a "record label news" blog on one page, and each band would have a separate page with just their own news (not the news other bands are posting). In addition, I'd like the ability for each band to be able to add tour dates, which would be very simple (date, location and venue). On the main page, all of these tour dates would run (organized by date, not by band) and on the personal band pages, these tour dates would run in a separate column.
Is this something Drupal could do? EE is very clumsy when it comes to event listings, and even simple things like outputting a list of all the blog authors is undeveloped. Would Drupal work for me?
