Use the view title instead of hard-coding a title on views-based checkout panes in Commerce core

I am loving views-based checkout panes in Commerce.
It would be awesome if, instead of hard-coding the title of the checkout pane, e.g. "Shopping cart contents", the title of the view were used for the pane title.

This would put all the configuration in one place, instead of requiring me to go somewhere else to change the pane title.
